Currently, in creating Transmittals, we have to re-type all of the information previously entered into #6-11-5 Plan Records screen. While creating the Transmittal in screen #6-11-3, it would save a lot of time if the Reference and Description information that was entered into #6-11-5 could be linked to this. By typing the Reference into #6-11-3, it should populate the Description so we don't have to re-type it in this section.

We are poised to have our entire staff using the Sage System for Document Control. Without this feature it doesn't seem worth the effort. Timberline has the feature and it works well.
