We never need to report sick and vacation days/hours earned/used for ALL employees, past and present. Such reports are many pages too long and waste valuable time determining hours/days for current employees. Reports should be available by employee status so management can quickly and easily view hours for current employees (or any inadvertently unpaid hours for past employees). Would also be nice if we could run theses reports by employee termination date.
