We are looking for a report from our budget to show where we had buyouts from our subcontractor. In other words. We were able to get a contract with the subcontractor for less. Record what the original budget was but then decrease that budget and show the profit. say we budgeted for $1000 had a subcontract for $500 under that cost code and show a buyout value of $500 in a separate line item on a project management report as money saved. The cost code would not still show available funds.
