This request is in reference to Payroll, more specifically payroll management and in relation to paygroups. I need to be able to add one more digit to the payroll number. Right now 6 is the allowable number of digits, I need 7 please.
I have a lot of certified payroll jobs and to keep them all straight, they are numbered 1-9, next I have my 3-digit employee number and then a 2-digit classification/task number.
For example: 4 (Job) 151 (Employee) 30 (task i.e. pipelayer) 415130.

YES! Multi-state clients with different positions that need way more digits in the paygroup numbers to allow for proper identification. For example: electricians, laborers, operators, and electricians are by county by state, and there are various apprentice levels, and also shift 1, shift 2, & shift 3.
