It would be helpful to have the option to pull in labour and materials charged to the work order - whether the labour is on the work order itself or through daily payroll (please link daily payroll with work orders back and forth). It would also be helpful with labour once its charged to a work order to not allow a "cut" or "cut row" option to cut the labour line out. Have an option for billing to "prepare" billing which would pull in labour and materials charged to the work order. The labour would pull in based on the labour cost code assigned to the employee.

It might be nice to have a separate tab for labour - beyond the dispatch tab, as not always the person doing the billing is doing the entering of time. It would be nice to be able to pull those labour costs in without having to do double entry - enter in the work order and then in the invoice tab.
