Users often miss entering details in different tabs, because they do not recognize that tabs exist in some screens. For instance, when entering a change order in 6-4-1, the screen opens to the "Prime Change Details" tab, but it is not obvious enough for many users, and the "Budget and Sub Change Details" tab is missed... or worse... the user might think they are in one tab, but they are in the other. This is also a common issue in 5-2-2, and other screens with tabs to entry grids. Might as well make the change in every screen with tabs.
How about different colors for each tab, and the open tab can have an inverted color on the font when open, and all tabs could flash or pulse?
...If able, add a toggle for texture rather than color for the colorblind or those using black and white monitors.
(When done with this, color code the menus.)
