Some things that we bill out are not in our inventory, and rather that clutter it with things we do not and will never stock, it would be nice to have a cost column added so that when we are billing for something not in inventory, we can have the cost within the inventory details and when reviewed as part of our approval process, these costs would then print with our customer approval form that prints the costs from inventory (that we designed). Ive tried to see if another column would work for that cost but it wont pull into the report. Having costs within the inventory detail - that do not print on the invoices would be ideal please!
