Expand MAS 500 to include SOAP or RESTful web services built using the standard MAS 500 API’s to enable other applications (like ecommerce) to integrate with MAS 500 and support the creation/reading/updating/deleting of data stored in MAS 500

Integrations based on web services are more portable and supportable and would eliminate the need to modify source code, stored procedures or data structures.

  • The Mas500 Dev team is currently working on the SData "portal"/interface for MAS500. SalesLogix already has this in the released product (7.5.x). This is a RESTful interface and you can get more info here: http://sdata.sage.com

  • There is a 3rd party Endorsed Solution that meets this request. It is available through your Sage Partner or by call Sage directly. It is Web Services for Sage 500. This is also part of eBusiness Suite for Sage 500. it is from www.rklesolutions.com.
