For existing and prospective customers seeking B2B and B2C e-commerce capabilities, the current eCustomer and eSalesforce modules are often not the right fit because they are based on dated technology. It would be great to update this modules with more modern applications

  • sorry that's asp.net 3.51

  • Another note on this. It would be nice if eCustomer could allow the site to choose whether or not an order can be modified by the customer if the order has not been picked yet.

  • I hope they are planning a lot of enhancements. The current solution really falls short.

  • We have attempted to implement these modules to little success. Our customers find them extreamly limited and have reverted back to early methods.

  • The replacement is eBusiness Suite for Sage ERP MAS 500 powered by RKL, which is available as a no-charge opt in alternative for existing eCustomer and eSalesperson customers effective 1/14/2011.
