Currently, document transmittals can only be sent to a single address. This defaults to the primary contact address. However, sometimes it is useful to send a copy of these documents (e.g. invoice) to more than one address.

Sage MAS 500 Professional Services Group had a shelf mod that allowed setting up multiple email addresses for document transmittal so this code does exist at Sage and sould be reviewed for possible use.
Related - Add ability to send documents via document transmittal without having to go to the 'Print / Acknowledge' screens, but right from the PO/SO...entry screen.
I agree, a button should be added to the PO and SO screens to send the electronic version without having to send it through the "Print / Acknowledge" screens.
This enhancement should also allow you to select the contact(s) for each electronic form or select which electronic forms each contact should receive. Contacts will not want to receive all of the electronic forms. One contact may handle ordering and returns, while another may handle invoices, credit and debit memo's, finance charges etc.
Also it would be nice to be able to change the email attachment format from UUENCODE to MIME. Some email recipients can't receive UUENCODE.
is there an ETA for this enhancement? or a work around until it is available?
Do we know when this is going to be ready? I need this now - too many customers want invoices sent to multiple emails.
This is completed for the upcoming 2013 version (Q4 2012 planned release) of Sage 500 ERP
