The ability to enforce a sequential process is critical to some clients. An option should be allowed at the work order header and at the operation level to enforce sequential processing. If sequential processing is set at the work order header level, all operations should require sequential processing. If sequential processing is set at the operation level, any prior operation to the one being executed would have to have been completed. This sequential processing should have the flexibility to enforce total completion of prior operations, or enforce at the quantity level for prior operations. For example, if step 10 has a quantity complete to date of 100, then step 20 should only allow up to 100 to be completed. If total completion is required, then step 10 would have to be marked complete before step 20 could begin
