Work on improving not only the layout of the knowledgebase so that it is easier to search for pertinent solutions to your technical support needs, but also consider moving it to a platform that contains better fault tolerance so that it doesn't crash for more than 8 hours with no hopes of recovery.

  • Our Infosource knowledgebase was a victem of a cyber attack and some of our articles were redirecting users to a malware site. Sage has corrected the issue, notified customers that potentially were affected, and put the knoweldgebase back online after ensuring similar attacks would not occur. We apologize for the down time on the knowledgbase.

    You will be glad to know that in the future we will be switching over to a knowledgebase platform that has a more "Google-like" search capability.
