Somehow negative materials costs get into the system and cause the Commit Shipment to be stopped. System should not have negative costs. Negative costs should not stop the Commit Shipment.

Related - WO mtl issue, Inventory adjustment, etc., now stop and roll-back if a negative cost is encountered (v7.3). Add the problem itemID to the error message so we don't have to go query the tcierrorlog to figure it out.
This should be way easier. I just had to trace this to find the problem and it turns out all of the error information displays in the trace so please pass it along to the report. I spent quite a bit of time examining the trace to find the error. Turns out it was a cost tier with a value per item of .000534. Once we zero'd it out we could complete the update. This was in commmit shipments.
