Situation: We make pick for 20 each to be shipped. Only 15 are actually shipped, commited, invoiced. But the system still says that 5 items are due to be shipped on that pick. We manually have to identify the pick line & delete it because the system things it is to be shipped. Once we delete the pick line, then we can make a new pick and do the shipment. System should auto clear the items once the shipment is committed. This also frees up the sales order line; sales can't close the line or make new pick until the pick line is deleted/cancelled.
