When the Sage registration and Support websites are inaccessible either through a planned/unplanned outage and/or Sage Support is closed, there is no way to register a database. Database upgrades are typically done during weekend or non-business hours, and there is no alternative method to register the database. And unplanned outages at Sage, like the one that has occurred on June 1st 2010, will cause massive disruptions throughout the MAS500 client base.
