We seem to have instances where we have people issuing RMA numbers to our customers via the "generate next number" feature and then just cancelling out of the RMA screen leaving the status of that RMA as "Incomplete" in the system due to the fact that they never fill out (or forget to) any of the information. This presents a problem when the customer calls in asking the status of their RMA and we find out there is no information on it and we don't know what order it was associated with...

I realize this is a procedural training issue but it would be nice to have the ability in the software to not allow cancelling the process or backing out of the RMA once you have generated the next number. We currently put a customization in place to actually record those session users generating RMAs and not following up to complete them.
