The RMA process is severely limited in MAS 500. We don't always want a replacement shipped or a credit generated when the item comes back. Let's see some of the same functionality that is in MAS 90 put into MAS 500. The ability to select what happens when the product comes back - ship new one, inspect, return to vendor,etc... The ability to control when each step happens, as with the Generate Documents step in MAS 90. We upgraded from 90 to 500 and we are extremely disappointed that we lost all of those great RMA functions.

I hear about all these great features in MAS90 and MAS200 that are missing in MAS500. I thought that MAS500 would be the king and have all the features of 90, 200 and more.
MAS500's RMA process is feature-less but it is stable. In 200 we were able to scrap the item, replace the item even with a differant item but we did run into some issues. I would like to see these features in 500 but in a much more stable design.
