Data Entry Clerks have noticed that it is difficult to differentiate between the number zero and the letter O throughout the system. While not a major concern, having the zero display with a line through it would reduce data entry errors as well as communication errors when sharing information across the company.

  • all the standard reports are written in Times Roman which has the wrst number characters for reading on screen. Arial is a much cleaner font.

  • It is also difficult to differentiate between the number "1" and the capital letter "I" and lower case "L". I agree that Arial is easier to read.

  • I would also like to suggest that there be a way to enlarge the font size. I'm very limited on where my monitors are placed and sometimes it is quite difficult to read. Changing the font to Arial might correct this.
