a. The Menu Navigation Pane cannot be accessed with the keyboard to change sections (e.g. Home, System Manager, etc.).
b. When you navigate to the Desktop Content Pane (middle pane), you cannot navigate out with the keyboard.

There is an additional item for this category that was brought to my attention today:
c. The Windows-Eyes screen reader only reads the top item of pull-down menus.
The vendor (GW Micro) would be willing to assist with fixing this problem, but they would require a copy of the program that they could run on their system.
