Add a button, BIE, or something that displays an audit trail of who did what.
I would like to know who changed a customer record last, who posted a shipment, etc. Anywhere in MAS500, show what the user did.

great idea too many users make non needed changes
It would be helpful to track changes to the address table and the customer address table.

This topic came up and got considerable attention during our most recent "Shaping the Future" session at Sage Summit 2014. We are now reviewing that input and working on the requirements. Likely the total project is not something we can complete in a single deliverable. If you had to choose one area to start with, what module would you see as most critical to add this feature? This issue is being addressed in the 2023 version of Sage 500 ERP. It will allow user to filter on tciMaintAuditLog. Note that no new logging is being added as part of this enhancement, so only currently logged items can be addressed. Should another enhancement add further logging, then they would show up too, as well as any custom logged values.
