During our production process, some raw components of the produced item get scrapped while other raw components get reused. The current scrap process within MAS 500 only allows for the scrapping of the produced item, not the individual raw components. A feature during labor entry where the system allows raw components to get scrapped by a drop down menu (menu pulled from WO raw components) would be useful for tracking total scrap. Then the quantity, reason code, and cost for unexpected raw component scrap can be tracked.
