Ability to Cancel or Delete Work Orders, similar to drop down menu in Sales Order

Currently, if you cancel a work order, you must 0 out the quantity, remove any links to sales order and then do a completion entry. If you look back at a work order, you no longer have any quantity or so history associated with it.
