We are integrating MAS500 into our website. The website uses the email address as a unique field to retrieve the account information. it would be nice to have to only ask the customer their email address when they call in with questions.

You can do this now. Ask your reseller to modify the look up views. This assumes the primary contact has the email you want to get.
