Auditors are having a field day with not being able to tie the purchase clearing account balance to a report as of a given date. For the EXACT same reason the AP aged payable HAS this functionality, this report needs the same ability to do so.

I believe the Macabe Associates has something similar to this. You might have your reseller contact them.
This should not be something a MAS 500 user has to buy separately. The PO Clearing report needs to tie to its GL account, and for that reason, we must be able to run it "As of" a period end date.
This would be incredibly helpful. I agree is should be included and not require a separate purchase.
PLEASE add a BIE view for the Purchases Clearing report too! Have tried to recreate the report's data and add tables/views for data from the other associated modules (PO, IM, etc.) to get ALL necessary data in one report, on one line (to export to Excel), to delve into any given transaction on this report. However, there are so many integrations and I'm not a programmer, so it's been difficult to resolve duplicate row issues. I have two clients who are willing to pay for this if it were available, I know the need and request is out there.
This functionality should show up in the next release of Sage 500 ERP 8.2.
