Possibility of having more than just 3 logical shifts in order to link them to a group of employees within a shift with different attributes such as nightshift or afternoon or supervisor group onto which a premium could be attached (as a % increase to the hourly wage rate), or groups with specific start and end times crossing over shifts.
For example, an employee could be attached to a supervisory group that has a 10% increase to their regular wage when on supervisory duty.
