There is a utility to delete accounts but we most often want to make accounts inactive. We want the history, we just don't want to be able to post to the GL any longer. We have a lot of cost centres and departments, so using the maintain accounts screen to make each GL inactive, and then setting the natural to inactive is a lot of steps. Modify the Delete Accounts utility to offer the option as setting Inactive, or add a separate utility.
