I assume there is a process in place at Sage to periodically review MAS 500 product documentation. I would like to suggest that document review frequency be increased.
For example, I am preparing to install Internet Applications on a SQL/IIS Server running Windows 2008 R2. The Internet Applications documentation does not mention Windows 2008 R2, only Windows 2008, even though 2008 R2 is a supported o/s for v7.30. Because the documentation does not specifically mention 2008 R2, I cannot be sure of whether or not the discrepancies between what the manual shows and what I see on my screen are possibly because the manual is not relevant to the version of Windows I am running, or if the manual is simply incorrect.
Please try to make sure newly certified versions of Windows, Office, and/or SQL are added to on-line product documentation soon after they are certified for use with MAS.

If the documentation isn't updated then customers shouldn't be charged for these questions.
Another example is ResID 817 dealing with folder and registry permissions for MAS client PC's. That document does not appear to have been updated since v7.0.
I stand corrected, ResID 817 does mention Win 2008 x64, and "v7.0 and later."
