Need the ability to enter scrap percentage at the component level that affect only that component.

Currently scrap % can only be set at the labor step and it is assumed that this percentage is uniform for all materials above that step. This is not the case.

Different components often have different scrap percentages.

Scrap percentages entered at the component levek should affect WO Pick, Qty Required, BOM cost rollup, mdf stg, mfg reporting.
