Switched from MAS90 to MAS500, very frustrating I cannot post a deposit with multiple distributions as one deposit without making separate batches for deposits. Please add the ability to have more than one GL Offset Account when posting bank transactions.
We process hundreds of bank deposits per month and several of them have more than one GL Offset Account. Deposits are processed in a batch by date and in MAS500 you either have to create separate batches for these types of deposits or it shows them as separate deposits which they are not. If MAS90 can do these basic functions, why can't MAS500? It is very ineffective and time wasteful to have to create separate batches for every deposit.

I agree completely. Found this to be very frustrating in both Cash Management and Cash Receipts. This was posted 1 year ago and still not addressed. Very disappointed in their programmers. 2/28/13
