Add the ability to deactivate project phases and tasks on a project by project basis. Currently a user may utility any phase or task that is setup in the system for any project.
There is already an enhancement request (see link below) for deactivating tasks. However, this request would add the ability to deactivate phases as well.

This would allow for greater control over the coding of costs to the projects. The project managers could focus on reviewing costs to budgets instead of researching coding issues which affects their line up of actuals to budgets. Overall, I believe this is an essential enhancement to the Project Accounting module. Thanks.
