We just upgraded to V7.4, but we found the respond time of STOCK STATUS EXPLORER is too long, it took 30 seconds compare to the others (excluding ITEM EXPOLORER) within 2 seconds. The next one is the ITEM EXPLORER, it took 10 seconds.

This is a new bug, we don't have this problem with V7.3.

  • can someone confirm if this is an issue for others as well, and if it still exists in the latest 7.4 patch? We were thinking of upgrading in the near future but this would be a big problem.

  • I suggest you contact Sage Support to report your issue and request an update. Customer reported issues are given a higher priority than internally reported issues, and are more likely to cause a product update to be created.

  • This issue will likely be addressed in the next version of MAS 500 (7.5), as well as in 7.4 in the December 2011 product update.

  • It is a problem that definitely needs addressed. If you are still having trouble with this, there is a very simple fix that can be done within SQL to resolve it
