There are certain times when a mistake is made in the manufacturing process, and a part has to be reworked. We would like to capture the labor costs of that rework, but cannot do so if the rework has to do with a progress step.

In Sage 500 7.4 you can reverse the progress step and all transactions associated with it. Correct what you need to and then progress again.
