1) The title (name) on the bank account does not appear in the ACH nacha file. The primary vendor name appears in the ACH nacha file. This could be an issue if there are major discrepancies between the two, and if the bank cares to compare the name in the file versus the true name as shown on the bank account.

2) The screen called "Set Up ACH Options" accessed in MAS through AP>AP set up>Set Up ACH Options shows a field (third from the top) titled "Immediate Origin ID (Rec1,Field4)". This should read "Immediate Origin ID (Rec 5, Field 5)". The proof is in the ACH nacha file created by MAS.

3) Seems to me that primary vendor name should appear on all remittance advices on all payment types (e.g. checks, ACH, wires, EFT, etc.). For ACH, the remit to address "name" appears on the remittance advice, rather than the primary vendor name. Hopefully, the data entry clerk typed them both the same; otherwise, this may be confusing for the recipient of the advice.

4) All vouchers regardless of remit to address are processed as ACH once the payment method is set to EFT. I would think that the remit to selection on the voucher would control the payment method, but it does not. There is nothing on the voucher that controls the payment method selection.
