When the Sage Registration server is down through planned/unplanned outage there is no way to register a database. It would be nice if Sage doesn't display a successful message when running the Database Synchronization Utility. We didn't realize there was an issue until we login to Sage ERP and received the following "Your Sage ERP is not restered or the registeration has expired. If you need assistance, please contact your Authorized Sage Partner or Sage 500 ERP Support to resolve. We placed a call to Sage Support to find out that the server was down and they were working on getting it back up. Can an alternative registration method be put in place when the registartion server is inaccessible?
