It would be helpful to have the ability to create multiple returns to a single RMA without it closing the RMA. If it worked the same way receipts do in purchasing where you could set it to close after return totaling up to a percentage of the RMA then it would auto close the RMA. The reason this would be helpful for our company is our customers put in large RMA's, but they return it from multiple locations so we have several hundred returns for any given RMA.
