Please make customer statements available in Excel format. This is a large demand from our customers and converting it from PDF to Excel is time consuming.

In case you are not aware, just about any report that can be previewed can also be exported, including to Excel. When on the preview screen, click the Export Report button and then select Excel as the format. Depending upon what you need, this export may give you what you need in the format that you need.
So for customer statements, Run the Customer Statements report, set your options for the report, click the Print Preview button on the toolbar. The print preview then shows. I believe the export button is the top left button on the preview screen. Click that and then setup your export.
