Sage 500 ERP Ideas: I was a previous SAGE100 user and was able to print the standard financial statements by the natural accounts. Was great to give to bank on monthly basis. If you have 30 sales accounts under the same natural account, you could print financials by that so bank doesn't see all the detail. It was a simple drop down box to summarize the report that way.

I used SAGE 100 before SAGE 500 and it seems that some of the reporting functions I had on the standard reports. One example is in SAGE 100 I could run the financials and summarize by the natural account number. I used to use this when sending financial information to the bank each month. Instead of creating some other report in Sage Intelligence or using export to excel and summarizing, it was a simple choice to print summary statements by natual account. So, if you have 30 sales accounts and they are all in the same natural account, you can print and only show the sum under the natural account number.

Yes the natural account isn't even an option in the Maintain Financial Reports setup.
