I used SAGE 100 before SAGE 500 and it seems that some of the reporting functions I had on the standard reports. One example is in SAGE 100 I could run the financials and summarize by the natural account number. I used to use this when sending financial information to the bank each month. Instead of creating some other report in Sage Intelligence or using export to excel and summarizing, it was a simple choice to print summary statements by natual account. So, if you have 30 sales accounts and they are all in the same natural account, you can print and only show the sum under the natural account number.
