One of the more frustrating things that users encounter when working in Sage 500 is creating a pick list as the Create Pick List task gives no indication of why a transaction cannot be picked.

If for example a sales order is selected and no lines were picked, the user has no idea of why and must spend time determining if the sales order was already picked, the sales order and its lines are open, there is sufficient quantity available for the pick, or is the customer/order on hold. This extra effort takes time and requires a knowledge of Sage 500 of where to find this information.

Adding the ability to report on transactions that cannot be picked within the Create Pick List task would make the task more efficient and reduce the frustration users experience with using it.
