There is no otion to do a Selection or Tunnel for the Work order range and Project range parameters on the FICHTEC report.
1. Go to Reports > Reports
2. Select the FICHTEC (Techncal sheet) report
3. Double click, then right-click in the First value or Final value fields next to the Work order range or Project range parameters.
Notice there is no Selection or Tunnel field.
Note: You can do a Selection and Tunnel on the Work order range field in the FICHSUI (Routing sheet) report, but still not for the Project range.

The Tunneling is done through the datatype. If you go to "Report Dictionary" where you set up for the report. Once you find FICHTEC, and go to the "Parameter Definiation" tab, you can change the "Type" for the "work order range" from "VCR" to "MFG". That should give you the ability to select the work orders.
As for the Project, they used to be just a text field on work orders in V14. Now they are moving toward more organized project managements and allowing you to create a Project first before you link all your transaction against it in V5. But at same time, they are still allowing you to enter to the project field freely on the work orders without the need to have a project setup first. If you do use the project management functions, you can try to change the data type for the "Project Range" from "A" to "OPP". This way, you can choose from the Projects that you created in the project management functions.
