We serialized the finished good with barcode labels, and we enter them in the system only as we ship them out. However, we have human errors where the users physically shipped product A to the customers while in the system they shipped out product B. These errors cause the serial number for product A mistakenly paired up with the product B, and there's no way to fix it other than going straight to the database. Now we as users recognized the human error, and trying our best to prevent this from happening. But we need tools in X3 to help us to set the record straight in the system
