Currently customer ship-to addresses are always available and cannot be removed if you’ve ever shipped something to that address. We have many customers that close a location and we ship product to the wrong address by accident. As a workaround we’ve told Sales to assign an unavailable period to the address, but it seems like you should be able to deactivate a ship-to address.
