There needs to be a way of marking a Work Center as inactive. The only way to prohibit a user from not using a work center on a routing is if it doesn't exist. If we've used a work center recently, X3 does not allow it to be deleted, which makes sense. But we need to be able to keep a few years history for work orders and restrict the use of specific work centers that no longer physically exist.
