When you create a Credit Memo that is tied to and invoice from a shipment if you set the Stock Txn action flag to Yes you would expect that a stock transaction would be created, but the function help states that the stock transaction will only be created for a credit memo tied to a direct invoice (no shipment associated with the invoice).
