Technical sheets share the same questions and responses but are validated individually. If you change a shared elements (like a default response) you should be able to trigger a revalidation of impacted technical sheets via a where used type of update. This would save a tremendous amount of time. Not having this is almost counterproductive to the sharing of questions and responses.
