There are many industries that must do their scheduling in a particular sequence to minimize equipment clean ups and to avoid product contamination. This concept is not easily achieved within Sage ERP X3. There is not an easy way to do this manually. For a production line or work center, you need to be able to specify the sequence in which jobs will be processed. Visibility of this sequence should be provided to the users in both display and reports.
