My client would like an additional text option that they could access in the sales order entry function Text Menu. This new text option would be for special picking/packing note instructions that are unique to the sales order that they want to be captured on the sales picking ticket and packing slip (BONPRELIVP and BONLIV2) crystal reports.

In addition, if there were a text option on the sales order that the user could set for situations where there is special instructions for back-to-back purchase orders or work orders. That would in part get presented on the BONCDE and RECETTE forms respectively.
It would also be nice if there was a text option in sales order entry to enter bill of lading text. Some times the CSR adds notes and special instructions that need to go on the BOL, the warehouse does not, they just generate the BOL. Currently, you have to wait till the BOL is created to add the notes. We have done modifications for several customers to do this.
