At present there are three partial shipment settings that can be instituted on the customer...

1. Partial Allowed
2. Ship Line Complete
3. Ship Complete

It would be helpful to have a fourth option "Ship Site Complete", this would be particularly useful in cases where there is variability in shipping site between sales order lines.
