At present when entering a customer return, in order to populate fields such as return reason, update stock and credit memo it is necessary to have the "Return qty" field populated.
Typically you would not want this field populated when customer service issues the return authorization to their customer because having this field populated updates stock upon creation, but customer service is typically the ones making the determination on how the return reason, update stock and credit memo should be set (not the warehouse personnel when they update the customer record when the goods actually are returned to the facility.
I think a good enhancement would be to allow for return reason, update stock and credit memo to be populated without having to have the "Return qty" field filled in.

I think it is a very urgent enhancement. Many customers need it.
