The out of the box reports are not acceptable to use. The PO has addresses in the middle, which should be at the top. The format of the postal code should obey the country, especially on standard NA reports.

I absolutely agree. The out-of-the box reports are unusable as they are, don't exist, or only contain half the information needed. For example, a Miscellaneous Receipts/Issues should be available, but one doesn't exist and you have to create/build one. Another example is the BOM/Kit Component list report, which doesn't provide you with any cost information to evaluate the total cost of the assembly. Basic KPI reports such as Shipping Performance, Product Quality Control, and Inventory Turns should be reports that come with the system out-of-the box.
