  • Currently, if you click on Internet Help within the X3 product, you are taken to the Sage X3 Global site, which is no help unless your question was "Who is Sage?". If you are on the customer or partner portal and want to search for a solution before reporting one, you have to go to another website (AdonixHelp.com) and login again. You should be able to report solutions and search for existing solutions in the same place.
